The focus of this site will be recipes to help you be a healthy vegan or vegetarian.
What stops somebody from being vegan or vegetarian? In my experience, most people who try to make this change fail due to one of two main issues:
1) Recipes take to long to prepare.
2) Recipes taste like grass. (Or something that rhymes with grass)
What I aim to do here, is provide a core of quick, tasty recipes that anyone can prepare.
